Christine Brings resides in Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y. and holds an M.S. from Dowling College. She studied under David Peikon at the Long Island School of Fine Art. Christine has painted a series of landscapes inspired by the unique topography of California's Sierra Nevada and the San Joaquin Valley. She admires the work of Philippe Faraut and his use of illusion and emotion. Christine's painting "Forlorn Hope" was donated for auction to the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. She has exhibited work at the Water Mill Museum and the Huntington Art League.
